Yjasming Kistner is a Certified ADHD Coach (AACC, PCAC, ADDCA-trained) who works with adults, college students, and caregivers to navigate the everyday challenges of ADHD with greater clarity and confidence.
She helps clients develop practical strategies for time management, organization, follow-through, emotional regulation and self-trust; building the skills and understanding they need to work with their brains, not against them.
Every service below is built on the same foundation: structured accountability, neuroscience-informed strategy, strengths-based solutions and understanding that comes from a lived ADHD experience, delivered one-on-one in Charlotte or virtually anywhere in the U.S.

Every client's ADHD looks different, which is why coaching isn't one-size-fits-all. Explore the coaching path that fits where you are right now:
ADHD Coaching for Adults
Who it's for: Adults with ADHD who struggle with executive functioning skills and overwhelm: time management, emotional regulation, task initiation, organization, and follow-through to name a few. Yjasming works one-on-one with adults to build personalized practical systems for structure, clarity and calm…without the shame or a one-size-fits-all plan.
Life Coaching for Navigating Life Transitions and Goal Setting
Who it's for: Life Coaching is for anyone, with or without an official ADHD diagnosis, who wants a dedicated partner in making meaningful, lasting changes. Whether you’re navigating a career shift, transitioning from high school into the workplace, caregiving for an aging parent, or moving through perimenopause, life coaching helps you reconnect with your core values, strengths, and needs. Together, we’ll build a clear path forward that feels genuinely aligned with who you are and where you want to go.
ADHD Coaching for College Students
Who it's for: College students (both undergrad and graduate) with ADHD who need an executive function coach to manage deadlines, build workable study plans, reduce overwhelm and grow independent living skills now that they’ve transitioned away from home. Weekly sessions build the planning, prioritization and self-advocacy skills that college doesn't teach but ADHD brains need.
Parent Coaching (Ages 6–16)
Who it's for: Parents raising a child or teen with ADHD, ages 6 to 16, who want tools to support their child at home and school. Yjasming is Family-trained through ADDCA’s coach training program and works with parents directly, also drawing on her own experience raising two daughters with ADHD.

Why Work With a Certified ADHD Coach?
A Certified ADHD Coach is trained specifically in ADHD's neuroscience and executive functioning challenges, not just general life coaching. That means the strategies you get are built for how an ADHD brain actually works, rather than generic productivity advice that assumes neurotypical focus and motivation.
Yjasming's credentials:

✔ PCAC : Professional Certified ADHD Coach (PAAC)
